Privacy notice

Palimpsest stores your name, email address, a hashed password, and the documents, notes, passes, and revisions you create. Nothing is shared with other accounts or published.

A session cookie keeps you signed in. It holds a random token and nothing else.

If you turn on Grammar or Clarity, the passage being checked is sent to a third-party language model provider for that check only. Drafts are not sent otherwise, and checks do not create notes or revisions.

To delete your account and everything in it, contact the person running this instance.
